Largest composting hall in the Netherlands

We provided the complete design as well as the building permit process for the realization of the largest tunnel composting in the Netherlands for Van Vliet Contrans, a leading environmental company in South Holland specializing in waste processing and recycling

To realize this composting hall, we worked closely with the client, the installer, the architectural contractor, the roof supplier, etc. We were also responsible for the management and construction supervision of this immense project. The hall consists of 16 composting tunnels and a reception hall. Total area of the hall is approximately 16,650 m2. The hall will be covered with steel trusses, with a plastic foil that has been stretched over it.
